GoldStar is Getting Smarter
Next month, Texas Regional Bank will introduce TRB Learning, our new learning management system (LMS) that brings all training and development resources together in one place. Accessible directly through GoldStar, TRB Learning will serve as the central hub for everything from compliance and BSA courses to new employee onboarding, teller and lender training, customer service, sales, and professional development.
Why We’re Introducing TRB Learning
Over time, required and optional trainings have been spread across several systems. TRB Learning consolidates these resources into one platform, giving employees and managers a single, easy-to-use destination for learning, development, progress tracking, and reporting.
The new system will also launch with a robust library of thousands of courses designed to support continuous learning across the bank. From Outlook basics and time management to leadership development and customer service excellence, the expanded catalog will offer something for every career stage, division, and department, and will continue to grow in the months ahead.

What to Expect
In the coming weeks, as the migration continues, we’ll feature new courses and learning modules within the system. Managers will receive guidance and demo opportunities to help integrate TRB Learning into team training schedules.
At launch, employees can look forward to:

- Required trainings for compliance, BSA, and onboarding
