Of all our core values, there’s a reason community is the heart of our mission statement. With each bank we build, we integrate our Team TRB identity into the fabric of each city and town we serve. We make it our responsibility to know the people in our community, and to serve them like we know them. This is how we bank Texas one relationship at a time. We will succeed if our communities succeed. Go Team TRB!”

Team TRB in the Spotlight
Team TRB in the Rio Grande Valley are living out our community core value as the newly merged Trust and Wealth Management Division (TWM) took a day of service to support a local non-profit, Loaves and Fishes of the Rio Grande Valley Inc. TWM spent their day building their team by serving their community, preparing and serving a warm meal, assembling food bags, stuffing envelopes, and caring for the facility and gardens. We look forward to hearing more stories like this as Team TRB fosters our core values inside our banks by serving the needs of our communities outside our banks. Way to set the pace TWM!
