Last year, we supported over 420 organizations, and left a lasting positive impact in the regions we served, recording over 6000 hours. It’s our goal to build on our success in 2023, but to do so, we will need to maintain our momentum and increase our presence on the ground in our local communities as we enter the fourth quarter of 2024.
Our challenge: Since we started tracking our service hours, our highest quarter was Q1 of this year, recording 1870 hours. If we can reach a 2000-hour quarter in Q4, we’ll accomplish two critical tasks. We will have made Team TRB history, but more importantly, we will exceed our total from 2023, and be able to demonstrate that as our bank has grown in 2024, so has our commitment to serving our communities.
Of all our core values, there’s a reason community is the heart of our mission statement. With each bank we build, we integrate our Team TRB identity into the fabric of each city and town we serve. We make it our responsibility to know the people in our community, and to serve them like we know them. This is how we bank Texas one relationship at a time. We will succeed if our communities succeed. Go Team TRB!

Team TRB in the Spotlight
Team TRB in the DFW region are modelling our community core value with a large-scale, ongoing service project donating appliances, furniture, home goods, and food to a local fire station. Kathy Boop and team members from the Dallas branch are leading a community-wide effort to serve firefighters and EMS workers at Station #20, just one block from their building. They found a need next door and are impacting their community by serving their neighbor. We look forward to hearing more about this project in the coming months. Go Dallas Team!
