Within our TRB culture is the generosity of our employees to give their time to causes while continuing to be ‘everywhere all the time.’ A shining example of this generosity is none other than Carlo Montalvo, who has gone above and beyond to spread a giving spirit within and beyond the walls of our bank.

• On the 5th of December, Carlo took on the role of Santa Claus at the McAllen McColl’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony, bringing smiles to all in attendance.
• On December 14, Carlo represented TRB at a special event in Rio Grande City, where our newest banking center is currently under construction. Despite the short notice, Carlo stepped up and delivered his best, showcasing his commitment to the community and our bank.

Carlo’s willingness to lend a helping hand on both occasions reflects the true meaning of support and camaraderie within TRB. In the spirit of the season, he has demonstrated the kind of selflessness that makes our TRB culture truly special.
