For good reasons, many different employee referral programs are available to us. Still, the reason for their effectiveness is apparent: People are drawn to people they trust, and trust is the foundation of building relationships.
In other words, referrals remain our primary method for building relationships.

Our mortgage department is about making homeownership a reality, one loan at a time. Not only are they making dreams come true, but they are giving back to employees who refer them to business. You could make 0.10% of the total loan amount for every mortgage referral that turns into a loan. For a $500,000 loan, that is $500 extra for you!
3. Refer 10 new accounts: $250
Our Vision is Banking Texas One Relationship at a Time. What better way to get new accounts than through your relationships? If you have family and friends open accounts at one of our banking centers, you will get $25. If you refer 10 people a year to experience TRB’s way of banking, you will earn $250! If you know any businesses looking for hassle-free banking, that bonus increases to $35 for business accounts.
4. Refer 1 Wealth Management Customer: $1,000
Investing and saving for retirement is something everyone should be doing. If you know anyone not doing these two things, submit a referral and connect them with a Wealth Management team member. Say you bring over someone who puts $1,000,000 into a Wealth Management account. You will get 10% of the first year’s fees, which is around 1% of the total account amount. This means you would be getting $1,000 extra on your paycheck!
5. Get paid $50-1,000 for your ideas
Do you have an idea that could promote our culture, make our processes faster, or help customers? Well, with our new Think Tank program, you can get paid for your great ideas! Submit your idea and make anywhere from $50-1,000.
