Did you know TRB pays an employer match of 4% on your 401k?
We have the option of two 401(k)s, a traditional 401(k) and a Roth 401(k). Both come with their own set of advantages. For both, TRB will match 50% of every $1 you contribute up to an annual maximum employer match of 4%. For example, if you contribute 10%, the Bank will make its maximum match of 4%. If you contribute 3%, the Bank will match 1.5%.
Did you know that TRB matches your HSA up to $200 per month?
Yes. The company will match your Health Savings Account (HSA) contributions up to $200/month. An HSA is a tax-advantaged savings account used to pay medical expenses. It’s important to note that a high-deductible health plan is required with an HSA. The contribution match depends on how many people are on your health insurance plan.
These are just a few benefits for you to consider during open enrollment. Every team member is different, so these are not suggestions or recommendations. Instead, we offer a variety of benefits to accommodate your needs. For more information, contact Hr@trb.bank.
