New Mortgage Product for Professionals
Jason Leal, Chief Experience Officer, shared a new product: The Professional & Executive Mortgage Program. Believe it or not, getting a mortgage loan can be difficult for new doctors, attorneys, and other professionals. This program is designed specifically for them. Are You Ready for Some Football?
Duke York, West Dallas Regional President, announced that football tailgating season has arrived! TRB volunteers will serve BBQ before each of the six University of North Texas home games. Make plans to attend if you are in the area.

New Division: Capital Markets
John Tippit, President of Divisions, announced plans to acquire Dallas-based Estrada Hinojosa. When the acquisition is finalized, Estrada Hinojosa will enable TRB to serve hundreds of public entities in Texas and across the nation with capital needs related to cities, counties, schools, colleges, universities, hospitals, roadways, drainage systems, ports, and other public works facilities.
Rio Grande Valley Economic Development
Alex Meade, EVP of Economic Development, shared the success of the RGV Economic Summit hosted in Edinburg. The event was attended by over 600 people, including 47 RGV mayors and Governor Greg Abbott. Can you spot someone you know sitting next to the governor?

Submit Your Ideas for $$$
Cesar Suarez, Chief Banking Officer, announced that the TRB Think Tank is officially live. Employees are encouraged to submit ideas to help improve a process, gain efficiency, or promote TRB culture to TRBThinkTank@trb.bank. If an idea is selected, the employees will get paid ($50-$1,000 based on the idea’s impact on TRB).
