Since we began tracking our service hours, our average number of volunteers each month has steadily increased, yet our highest number of volunteers in any month is 90. We’re reporting impressive numbers of community service each month—with less than a quarter of our team in the game.
Our new challenge: Reach 40% of Team TRB engaging in community service; a rounded figure would be about 200 unique volunteers. If we can accomplish this, not only are we making Team
TRB history, but more importantly, we are demonstrating to our communities just how invested we are in their success. Let’s go Team TRB! “

Team TRB in the Spotlight
In November, Texas Regional Bank proudly served as Co-Title sponsor for the 19th Annual Heroes & Outlaws Benefit Concert, a Texas Cowboy-themed evening featuring live music, dinner, and a silent auction benefiting the Vannie E. Cook Jr. Children’s Cancer and Hematology Clinic, the only pediatric cancer treatment facility in South Texas—which ensures access to lifesaving treatments close to home, regardless of financial need.
Yet Team TRB went beyond sponsorship, volunteering their time to support the event by assisting with check-in and registration, table seating, silent auction logistics, and cleanup. The efforts of Team TRB in the Rio Grande Valley exemplify our commitment to serving and strengthening the communities we call home.
Team TRB’s presence in the community and volunteering in events like this reflect the heart of our mission across Texas: we’re not just a bank—we’re neighbors invested in the well-being of the communities we serve and live in every day. Thank you, Team TRB volunteers!
