We are pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Recer as North Texas President, with oversight of both the Community Bank and Commercial Bank.

In this role, Jim will be responsible for building out our presence across the North Texas region and leading the recruitment of top-tier relationship bankers to support our continued growth in the Community Bank and throughout the State for the Commercial Bank. Jim will work directly with Regional Presidents Duke York and Dennis Wright to execute our vision of “Banking Texas One Relationship at a Time” in the markets we serve.

Jim joined TRB in January 2025 as Executive Vice President of Lending. Over the past year, he has been instrumental in implementing successful corporate initiatives focused on efficiency, credit quality, and relationship growth. He will continue to develop strategies supporting operational excellence.

Jim brings extensive experience in banking leadership and relationship management, along with a strong track record of developing high-performing teams and deepening client relationships. His vision and expertise will be instrumental as we expand our footprint and strengthen our position in key markets.
