We are pleased to announce the promotion of Michael De La Rosa to Vice President, Senior Facilities Manager.

Michael joined TRB in September 2018 and has played an increasingly important role in managing and supporting the bank’s facilities across the state. In his current role, he oversees facilities operations and staff in South Texas, North Texas, and Central Texas, supporting TRB’s continued growth across multiple markets.

Over the past year, Michael has taken on expanded duties, stepping in to ensure continuity across facilities planning and vendor coordination. His responsibilities include vendor oversight, cost analysis, furniture and fixture coordination, and floorplan reviews across TRB’s facilities.

Michael’s promotion reflects his experience, expanded scope of oversight, and continued contributions to the bank’s operational excellence.
