We’ve established a 2-year program for aspiring bankers! The New Banker Development Program is a specialized program to recruit and retain new talent at Texas Regional Bank.
For the first 18 months, the new bankers will train and become proficient in all aspects of banking: Credit, Lending, Operations, and Accounting. Then, they can choose a career path and spend the next six months becoming more specialized.

New Bankers are typically recent college graduates and are new to the banking industry. Do you know someone that would be a good fit for this program? Email Cambrea Merriwether.
