Golden Community Spirit Award for Architectural Design

Did you know in our Blanco branch, the exposed beams are over 100 years old? This is just one of the architectural details that make TRB unique. From the history captured on our branch walls to the native brick used to construct each location, we take great pride when it comes to architectural design. Each TRB banking center is not just another bank; it’s a compliment to the community.

Who’s behind our award-winning architectural design? It’s a team effort led by Bill Elliff, a dedicated board member, and Jason Leal, our Chief Experience Officer. They take great care in finding locations, designing, building, and decorating every branch to stand out in each town we call home.

Golden Eagle for Innovation

In addition to architectural design, we were awarded the Golden Eagle Award for one of our core values, Innovation.

Brad Freudenberg, Chief Technology Officer, makes it his mission to build our software and support our infrastructure. Through his team’s efforts, we now have the freedom to align our product roadmaps and delivery expectations to fit TRB’s specific needs. This means that our technology and software expenses now represent an investment in our future technological capabilities rather than a cycle of recurring costs.
