Recent awards and recognitions highlight the impact our people are making across the communities we serve.
In case you missed it, many of our team members are being recognized for the meaningful role they play in the communities we serve. In case you missed them on our external blog, here’s a quick look at three recent honors that reflect the difference Team TRB is making across Texas.
Sheriff Wesley Doolittle Receives Inaugural TRB Patriot Award
This summer, TRB partnered with the Southwest Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce to launch a new tradition: the TRB Patriot Award—an annual recognition created to honor individuals who demonstrate extraordinary courage and a deep commitment to public service.
The first recipient is Montgomery County Sheriff Wesley Doolittle, who intervened during a dangerous road rage incident in April. While traveling through Magnolia, he witnessed an armed individual exit a vehicle and responded immediately, disarming the individual and preventing what could have been a tragic outcome.
The award was presented during the May Chamber meeting by Market President Skip Colvin. With help from Sheriff Doolittle’s family and the Magnolia Police Department, the honor was kept a complete surprise.

David DeStefano and Bee Cave Banking Center Recognized by Chamber
In June, the Bee Cave Chamber of Commerce recognized TRB and Bee Cave Market President David DeStefano. DeStefano was named Businessman of the Year, and the Bee Cave banking center received Community Business Partner of the Year.
These recognitions highlight the lasting impact of TRB’s presence in the Lakeway area—both through trusted banking services and through meaningful engagement with civic and nonprofit organizations. DeStefano’s involvement spans local foundations and city boards focused on education, mental health, and community development.
Together, the awards reflect how leadership at the local level continues to shape both the success of our teams and the strength of the communities we serve.

Quinton Clayton Named Best Mortgage Lender in Hays County
TRB Mortgage Loan Officer Quinton Clayton was recently named Best Mortgage Lender/Broker in Hays County by readers of the San Marcos Daily Record. This marks his second community award, following a similar recognition in Wimberley’s 2023 contest.
Quinton has served TRB clients since 2019, helping individuals and families navigate the homebuying process with confidence, transparency, and a clear understanding of the market. His recognition reflects the level of service and trust he has built throughout the region—and the continued momentum of TRB Mortgage in Central Texas.

Thank You for Representing Team TRB
These honors are a direct reflection of the relationships, leadership, and work ethic that define our culture at TRB. Whether in a branch, behind a desk, or out in the community, Team TRB is making a difference in the communities we serve.
Take a moment to congratulate our teams throughout the state.
