In 2025, Team TRB reached a significant milestone shaped by years of steady momentum and collective effort: more than 10,000 community involvement hours recorded in a single year.
The milestone speaks to how teams across Texas continue to show up locally—investing time alongside organizations that support families, schools, nonprofits, and community initiatives in the markets we serve.

A Year Defined by Participation
Throughout 2025, 286 Team TRB employees volunteered across all regions, contributing 10,580 community involvement hours and supporting 671 organizations statewide. This level of participation is driven by teams who stay connected to their communities and take responsibility for making them great places to live and work.
“When you look at the growth over the last several years, the momentum is clear. Each year, more people are getting involved, more markets are contributing, and the level of engagement continues to deepen. That kind of progress doesn’t happen by accident—it comes from teams who care about their communities and stay committed over time.”
– Brent Baldree, President of Regions

How We Got Here: The Momentum Behind the Milestone
Reaching 10,000 hours in 2025 was the result of consistent, year-over-year participation across the organization.
In 2021, Team TRB logged just over 1,000 community involvement hours. Participation expanded significantly in 2022 and continued to build in subsequent years as the organization grew, employee involvement increased, and new regional markets came online. Each year added scale and consistency, leading to our most recent milestone in 2025.

Time, Talent, and Local Impact
Volunteer service is closely tied to Team TRB’s broader approach to investing strategically in community support. In 2025, the organization also provided more than $1.3 million in donations, benefiting 474 organizations across Texas.
Together, volunteer hours and charitable giving demonstrate how local teams contribute time, talent, and resources in ways aligned with community needs. These efforts are guided locally, informed by relationships in each market, and sustained by employees who choose to stay engaged.

What’s Next
Surpassing 10,000 community involvement hours marks an important moment for Team TRB, while also establishing a new benchmark for future years. As the organization continues to expand its footprint, opportunities to support additional organizations and deepen community connections will continue to follow.
Every hour logged represents an employee making time to serve, and those hours show how sustained participation across teams and markets continues to shape Team TRB’s community impact.
