Team TRB now has a new resource to help strengthen one of the most important skills in banking—credit analysis.

The CreditStar Series is a new playlist of curated training courses available in the TRB Learning System, focused on credit analysis and underwriting fundamentals. The playlist brings together foundational learning modules from leading training providers, including CFI, FIS, and other industry sources.

Building Credit Knowledge Across TRB

• Curated for their relevance and practical value, these courses are part of a broader effort to expand lending and credit education across the bank, and to help employees strengthen their understanding how credit decisions support the bank’s long-term success.
• The courses cover key fundamentals of credit analysis, underwriting, and risk evaluation—topics that are central to how TRB serves clients and manages growth responsibly.
• While the content will be especially valuable for lending teams, the playlist is open to any employee interested in gaining a stronger understanding of the credit process.

Part of a Larger Learning Path

• The CreditStar playlist also represents the first step toward developing structured learning paths within TRB Learning.
• Additional components currently in development will include video segments featuring members of TRB’s credit and lending leadership, along with a quarterly training series that will explore core credit competencies in greater depth.
