The TRB smoker is back at UNT, and our Rio Grande Valley team is rallying behind UTRGV football! Both teams have been welcoming fans before kickoff, continuing a favorite TRB tradition of bringing people together on game day.
Keeping the Tradition Going at UNT
Since 2009, our North Texas team has been a familiar sight outside DATCU Stadium, serving barbecue and catching up with Mean Green fans.
At the September 26 game against Houston Christian, approximately 250 guests joined the team before kickoff. Thanks to Duke York and our Denton-area employees and volunteers for another great season of tailgating!
Rallying the Valley at UTRGV
With UTRGV football in its second season, our RGV team is making its mark on Vaqueros game days.
Employees have been welcoming fans at Robert & Janet Vackar Stadium, sharing refreshments and TRB gear throughout the 2026 season.
There’s still time to join the fun! Employees are invited to attend the remaining tailgates this season. Check with your local team for upcoming game-day details. Great work, North Texas and RGV teams!
