Through November, TRB has volunteered in the community for a total of 5,400 hours! That is already 1,700 more hours than last year, which is an outstanding accomplishment and a testament to our passion for community involvement. But the year is not over yet!
We only need 600 more hours to surpass the goal of 6,000 community service hours for the year 2023!!! That would mean, as a company, we would have spent 250 days giving back to our communities.
TRB is a community of individuals who enjoy serving our regions and giving back to the people and businesses that trust us. Month after month, our team dedicates hundreds of hours to serving our communities.

Needing 650 hours of community service might sound like a lot, but it is possible. It has happened 4 times this year:
- February (686)
- March (634)
- April (620)
- October (697)
In November alone, our team spent 379 hours volunteering across 67 organizations. Here are a few examples of how we worked together and brought in 379 hours of community service in November:
Cybersecurity– Omar Rodriguez was the November McAllen Chamber of Commerce special speaker and gave tips to local business owners on cybersecurity and protecting themselves and their businesses.

Mariachi & Veterans– McAllen Branch honored and recognized the brave men and women who have selflessly served our country. The Nikki Rowe Mariachi Azteca put on an exceptional performance for the veterans.

Giving Thanks– The Fredericksburg branch hosted a Gather & Give Thanks breakfast, where they donated to the Fredericksburg Food Pantry. Last year, the Food Pantry served 3,566 families with adequate nutrition.

Clays– The Houston region sponsored and participated in a skeet shoot to support St. Mark Lutheran School.

Christmas Spirit-DFW region brought the Christmas Spirit to the region by putting our North Pole Express post box drop-offs at the Freeway branch. Kids can drop off letters to Santa all through the month of December. Santa might even pick one letter to grant an extra special Christmas wish.

There are always ways to get involved in your community. Reach out to your branch leadership to learn how to give back.
