The quarterly award recognizes employees nominated through GoldStar Connect by their manager or supervisor for demonstrating TRB’s core values and setting a strong example for Team TRB.

Two Recognition Programs in One Platform
GoldStar Connect supports two distinct employee recognition programs.
HR’s Monthly Core Value Raffle
Each month, one TRB core value takes the spotlight. Recognize a coworker who demonstrates that value and you’ll be entered in the monthly drawing for TRB swag.
HR selects three winners each month
This month: Teamwork.
When a coworker steps in, shares the load, or makes the team around them stronger, recognize it.
5-Star Corporate Award of Excellence
The 5-Star Award works differently. Managers and supervisors are encouraged to recognize meaningful contributions as they happen — particularly when an employee’s work demonstrates TRB’s core values. Those qualifying manager recognitions also make employees eligible for 5-Star consideration.
The emphasis is on the recognition itself: noticing exceptional work and acknowledging it when it occurs. Selected recipients are recognized on behalf of Mr. Scaief and receive a distinctive 5-Star reward selected for the occasion.
5-Star recognition is presented periodically and is not tied to the featured monthly core value.
Recognize Teamwork This Month
