Total amount donated to 393 non-profit & community organizations. With every dollar donated, we have made an impactful difference in the lives of many individuals, communities, and school districts. Whether it was giving back in hours or money, 2023 truly was a milestone year for making a difference in the communities we serve.
Number of TRB debit card transactions made every minute in 2023. For the year, our customers used their debit cards 8.5 million times!
Total number of banking centers we opened in 2023. We doubled our footprint in Houston, broke into the San Antonio market, and expanded our reach in the DFW.
Apart from opening new branches, we broke ground, bought the land, and started renovations for many more locations, such as Liberty Hill, Boerne, Bulverde, Kerrville, and Rio Grande City, with many more on the horizon.
Total number of net new accounts that were opened in 2023. Bringing in 16 new net accounts each month might have seemed like a challenging task, but with everyone’s help and hard work, we were able to grow our TRB customer base month after month.

Total dollars paid in referral incentives. Most of the incentive pay came from mortgage referrals, which now pay 0.1% of the total dollar amount of the loan. So, on a $400,000 loan, the referrer can make $400!

Total number of employees working together at TRB. Our family has grown in the past 12 months, thanks to the opening of new banking centers and the growth of our operational support. As our network continues to grow, our customer services, productivity, and fast turn times improve.
The total dollar value of the fraudulent activity that our security team prevented in 2023. This was made possible thanks to the efforts of our security team and front-line staff, who detected and stopped $6.8 million of fraudulent activity in the form of checks, ACHs, and wire fraud.
Total peer to peer payments our customers made through Zelle in 2023. Total amount of those payments was $14 million.
Total teller transactions that our front-line team completed throughout the year. It’s amazing to think that our team completed nearly 1 million transactions!
The total amount of assets, in billions, the bank had in 2023. Our assets are sizeable enough to rank us among the top 10% largest banks based in Texas. There are nearly 400 banks based in Texas.
