Has a customer ever asked you what options are available to them after-hours? At selection locations, we have customers covered until 7pm*! Are you curious to know how?
Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs) are available at select locations to enhance our customer’s banking experience.
So, what are ITMs? With the press of a button, they allow customers to have a live teller from our Dallas region appear on the screen, and assist with any transactions, from deposits to withdrawals and loan payments.
But what about after-hours? Teller hours for ITMs are Monday-Saturday from 7am to 7pm*. They provide extra time for our customers to conduct their business.
If customers prefer not to speak with a teller, they can still use their debit card to withdraw or deposit funds, just like an ATM 24/7.
According to Wade Ford, ITM Manager, the most popular service request is basic cash and check deposits. ITM makes it convenient and easy for customers to access their cash or check deposits for checking and savings accounts, make loan payments, transfer money between accounts, withdraw from a checking or saving account, or have general account maintenance questions answered.
The only transactions ITMs can’t help with are making a deposit to a CD or IRA nor can you get a cashier’s check.
