Team TRB has once again been recognized by the Independent Bankers Association of Texas (IBAT), receiving a Silver Eagle Award in the 2025 Best of Community Banking Awards for our bank culture entry: “Fifteen Years of The People You Know: Texas Regional Bank’s Diversified Approach to Building a Winning Team.”

Recognizing 15 Years of Growth
This award comes at a meaningful moment in TRB’s journey. In 15 years, we’ve grown from fewer than 20 employees to nearly 600 across 35 locations in four regions. Through every stage of that growth, one priority that has remained constant is investing in our people.
